I am interested in what affects any training has had in conjunction with diabetes. Highs lows and such. When I ride it seems that at about 6 miles I start getting hypglycemia and have to eat something. I did not know how to post a blog to this since I am not familiar with blogging. By the way I saw your article in Diabetes Forcast and was interested in long distance training and the affects of diabetes since I was t2. Bob
